Dreadful service
When the member of staff serving is on the phone you know it's not going to be a good transaction. However when she starts screaming at you because you havent heard her mumble to request for a pump number and you ask her to put the phone down whilst she's serving I'm afraid I find that level of customer service beyond rude. She then advised me it was her boss on the phone and I was welcome to ring him and complain...which I will do.
