Room at the Top is a dynamic family run loft conversion company based in Leeds. Established in the North of England since 1987, we’ve converted hundreds of properties in the region – in all types of homes.

Room at the top was founded by Trevor Colman in 1987 and today the business is run by his son Matthew. Like his father before him Matthew is a qualified joiner and has had many years of practical experience in the industry.

Matthew is personally active in all parts of the the day -today running of the business and has daily contact with his tradesmen, he believes that this hands on approach is the only way to ensure the high quality of all our loft conversions is maintained.

We believe that listening to the needs of clients is paramount, and we pride ourselves on the quality of the service we provide. 80% of our work comes from satisfied customer referrals.

All our men are time served craftsmen with years of knowledge in the loft conversion industry and we use the same local electricians and plumbers that we have used for years.
