Hi How disapointed I am to hear this- I have used this vets for over 10 years- his many is practical and honest- he will be clear about the expense and leave the very difficult choice up to the owner- he is realistic and if a pet has had its good innings he will be honest and tell you what he thinks- he does not rip people off or give them false hope- Over 10 years he has treated our animals and my son's know him well and think alot of him..down to -personel choice if you cant deal with the facts then get ripped off somewhare else. For 10 years THANKYOU

Rude, none professional, and highly insensitive.

I took my very ill cat to this vet 1 week ago today. Sat in a small waiting room directly by the entrance door, with ample guests entering with dogs. The whole scene was chaos, and left my cat shaking. One would think this place had just opened that day, and realised the highly inappropriate design plan. In the end diferent people and there pets were sent to diferent rooms in the building, until they ran out of room. The vet eventually arrived at the surgery, 25mins late, with no appology what so ever. Eventually when it was our turn to see him we were told to go through. He asked me to put my cat basket on his desk and to sit down. I said I prefered to stand with my cat, but he insisted I sit down. After noting down the problems with my cat, he tried to take her out of the basket but she didn't want to come out. I stood up and said I would take her out but he sternly told me to sit down, so I did. He then proceeded to lift the basket upside down and tip my ill cat onto his table. I have never seen anything so insensitive in my life. At this point I stood up and said I did not appreciate him handling my cat in this way. My cat hanging in his hand in the air crying in his one hand, his other hand grabbed my arm and told me to calm down and trust his expertise. Eventually, in his very rude manner, he advised me that she was ill and he advised that she be put to sleep. I was rather upset and crying so I left the room and left my partner to take over, after saying an emotional goodbye to my cat I have known for 12 years. In short, this man should not be a vet, and how he has his own surgery is completely beyond me. I cannot warn pet owners away from this place enough. I will certainly never return, and I hope this man looks back one day to how rude and brutal he was with a living creature, shortly before putting it to sleep. I for one will have to live with the experience I put my cat through in her last moments.
