Special schemes are available, many without evidence of income requirements, for purchases/re-mortgages/capital raising.

This exciting market has led to plenty of opportunities, with finance becoming more widely available. Rental income projections can now be used instead of personal income, with a competitive lending market providing attractive rates. High lending is also available up to 85 percent, with deposits often being raised against main residences..

Lifetime Mortgages:
If you are looking to let out your existing home and purchase a new property to live in, then there are an increasing number of schemes available, whereby deposits can often be raised against an existing property.

Let to Buy:
Asset rich, cash poor? : If you are age 55 you may be able to release funds from your main asset -your home. You can choose either to repay interest monthly or have interest 'rolled up' with no monthly payments, allowing you to utilise funds for any purpose.
