had the misfortune of using this firm recently. The skip was collected without my say so, apparently "somebody" had phoned them to say it was ready for collection - well it was not me & I am the one who orderd it!! When I rang to speak to them about this I had the mispleasure of speaking with the rudest, incompetent women at bill dyson skips. NO customer service, just a couldnt care less attitude. Will NEVER use them again & will NOT recommend them to anybody. Manners & Customer service lacking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
