The Halifax Playhouse is the home of the Halifax Thespians - members of the Litle Theatre Guild. The Thespians perform 8 plays a year on the main stage with plays and rehearsed readings in the Bar Studio. Playhouse ST is the Thespians Youth Stage Training arm.The former Methodist Church plays host to the Halifax Film Society and many local musical theatre groups and as well as professional events. Tickets can be booked online at www.ticketsource.co.uk/Halifaxplayhouse. The Box Office is open from the Saturday before each show week.
