The man Michael was unhelpful rude threatening accusing and shouted down the phone. Michae was really unhelpful when I walked into the shop too. After making the effort to visit their shop.No no customer service whatsoever! Threatening a customer and then even said when I asked him not to shout at me verbally he would not stop and then said I have not even started yet. Terrible and scray. Disgusting by far - unprofessional on the highest level. We take all the business elsewhere. Gosh!
