Avoid like the plague
The staff in this site are rude ignorant and do not have the best interests of a patient. They fit urine pads to many residents it hour reason then refuse to explain why they have made the decision. The only chance of talking to a relative is to ring over and over again, which will eventually get you a non personal conversation with a loved one. All questions asked whilst speaking to family will result in the phone been cut off by the employees. I cannot wait until my family member is moved from this prison.
