BEWARE this florist

We booked this florist to do our wedding flowers. When my bride to be went for the consultation she felt that they would not listen to her and railroaded her into what flowers they wanted to do. She came back from the consultation very very upset and she didn't want to go back into the florist. When I went in the gentleman was very rude and arrogant and all he did was stand there looking smug. He wouldn't do anything for me. I asked him to just do me 2 bouquets of flowers with the deposit I had put down for the mothers of the bride and groom and said that's not how it works. I asks him even though he had bullid my bride to the point where she wouldn't come back in the shop he just grinned and said no. Please avoid this florists. I am now having to find a different florists with 3 weeks to go before my wedding. BEWARE!
