PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!!
Been living up here in Durham for about 4 years now which is pretty far away from Comfy Zone's headquarters, so naturally I went ahead and ordered from their website. It ended up turning out great. They shipped out my new carpet right when I ordered it (I know this because I called them on the phone to confirm my order) and it was at my front door a day earlier than expected. This alone made for a phenomenal experience, not to mention the price was fantastic. They have a lot of merit in terms of their quality/customer service. Comfy Zone has made its way to the top of my list of websites to shop on.

Very much love this company
I'm enthused to write this review because I strongly agree with what everyone here has been saying about Comfy Zone. They are indeed the full package when it comes to being a furniture company: prices are absolutely amazing, delivery is NEVER late and they NEVER send orders to you damaged or scratched. The most solidifying aspect of their service is how polite their staff is. I make it a rule of thumb to always make my purchases over the phone so there's no chance for error, worked out GREAT!

Great barstools
Been enjoying a few pairs of their barstools for my new kitchen. Satisfied with what I bought this time around. It was very cheap (didn't burn a hole through my wallet lol) and the delivery was even free too. If you're concerned about the quality of their furniture I will tell you not to worry. I have ordered 3 different kinds of things from their website so far and they are all great in quality with out a doubt. Used Comfy Zone for the big Move
Our family just moved into a new home :)We arranged things with ComfyZone so they could deliver on the same day we moved in so we would have a new couch and new beds all set up on our move-in day :)Excited to report that they are very punctual and affordable.We live quite far away from their actual store so I called them on the phone to work out the deliv. details and the person I spoke to was very nice and professional.Everything worked out great, the beds are comfy and the couch is beautiful!

Hi everyone. Reviewing comfy zone right now because I want to let you all know that I very much enjoyed my experience with them. Very rarely do I get to shop online so I always make sure I go with a trusted provider and Comfy Zone is officially my #1 provider from now. Right-o! w/ Comfy Zone
Comfy Zone rocks! I bought some new pillows from their website and they are extremely soft and comfortable! They look tannish white, so they match my room's curtains and my bed's blankets. I was looking at their other items too and they seem to have a lot of stuff.... I am very surprised that this furniture company isn't more popular, especially with the whole free delivery thing. Just take a look at their prices and that will probably be enough to persuade you to shop with them. Good day!

Absolutely thrilled with comfy zone's professional service. Wanted to get a new bedstead for my daughter since we had recently redecorated her room. We went with the single 3ft metal bedstead. It's actually pretty big for a child her size so it worked out quite well! Price was astonishingly low and we didn't even have to pay for deliver. I think I will be back again in the future. After looking at all of the prices on other furniture websites I have concluded that you can save the most money with comfy zone... holy crap their prices are low hehe. GOOD TO GO COMFY ZONE!!!!

I want to share my high regard for Comfy Zone :: I believe they are one of, if not THE best furniture companies in my area :: someone like me can't afford luxurious furniture at ridiculous prices, but with Comfy Zone I can get high quality for a low price :: they have sales going on for all their categories just look at their website for yourself :: if you hate it when your delivery gets to you late then you will enjoy Comy Zone for this too because they never deliver late and they ship for free

Happy to take my business to Comfy Zone! I hate wasting my time with late deliveries and wasting money with high prices and comfy zone made sure I didn't have to. The most thing I value with any company is their care for customers and I always get the feeling comfy zone does care whenever I talk to them on the phone. Perfection :D
My order arrived 24 hours late but that's no big deal because the low price more than made up for it. Really impressed with their huge selection considering these guys seem to be a pretty small business. How the heck they afford to lower their prices everyday and still stay in business is beyond me but their merchandise is definitely legit. I'm sitting on my new leather couch from them right now as I type this. Great quality, very affordable, free delivery, and delivery time is adequate enough.

GOOD STUF!!!
I'm pretty addicted to shopping online (it's a girl thing!) and I like to try out different stores from time to time to make it more interesting, but I think with Comfy Zone I finally found a furniture business that I'm going to stick with. Every company that I normally order from always has some sort of setback, whether it is the prices being too high, late deliveries, or bad customer service. Comfy Zone doesn't have any of these bad qualities. I have used them twice now - both times I spoke with customer service reps. and got great deals in terms of pricing and encountered no problems with their free delivery. I highly suggest this company to anyone reading this review.

Seriously can't believe that I didn't know about these guys before. Not sure how a company that exhibits such great service can fly so low under the radar. People aren't lying when they say Comfy Zone is underrated. Ummm... my favorite parts about them include their free (and on time) delivery and their really low prices. Awesome!!!! Comfy Zone is PERFECT!
I am huge fan of Comfy Zone because they care about their customers and their furniture is of the utmost quality. I have ordered two different beds and a carpet from them and both times they delivered on schedule for free. Only talked to the customer phone line once and they were very polite, weren't rude like all the other companies. If you need any help putting together your furniture the delivery guys help with that too. Don't hesitate to ask them about their reduced prices either; they have sales on a lot of their items and if something is too expensive for you they can usually help you out. Whether or not I will use them again in the future isn't even a debate; I will definitely repeat service with them.

Using Comfy Zone's website was very easy and convenient. They have a lot of different options when it comes to furniture: tables, chairs, couches, carpets, beds and more. I was really surprised that they do free delivery since I live pretty far away. I spoke to them on the phone, think her name was Julie, very nice woman and was able to help me find something that appealed to my budget. I ordered the deep sleep windsor divan bed, fits perfectly in my room and I feel like a king sleeping in it. No doubt that it was worth the money. They told me they would have my new bed delivered within four days and it arrived after the third day! Beyond expectations! I plan on using them again and anyone thinking about buying some new furniture should definitely see what Comfy Zone has to offer.

Was given a reference, very happy!
Had heard of these guys before after reading some reviews and since I was in desperate need of a new dinner table I decided to give it a shot. No disappointments on this end. The global rectangular table fits well in my kitchen and has a great polished finish to it.. very beautiful. Absolutely golden
I was recently just browsing the web for some new carpets because my current ones were from a garage sale and were quite frankly making me home look outdated. I didn't really have any plans to buy anything, but after looking through Comfy Zone's website and seeing their selection I just had to order the lock twist carpet. The delivery was free and the entire process was done online so I didn't even have to call them which was nice because the whole point of ordering through a website is so you don't have to talk with customer service. There is only one thing --- it took an extra day for the carpet to arrive than they said it would. It really wasn't that big of a deal though. The carpet looks fantastic and I honestly couldn't be happier. I am pretty sure if I will ever need new furniture again I'll be ordering from Comfy Zone. No more garage sales lol!

Brilliant business
I had been spending the past few days bouncing around online looking for a new sofa chair for my bedroom. I had just moved into a new place since my job recently relocated me and my room is fairly spacious. I wanted something Casual since I hate pretentious furniture. ok im usually not a big fan of ordering furniture online but comfyzone.com was without a doubt the most helpful website ive ever shopped on... its easy to use and you can find what you want pretty quickly... at first i just wanted to purchase a bar table for my kitchen... my wife and i have company over on the weekends sometimes and we like having places for them to sit with their drinks. but i couldn't help but notice all of the other selections comfoy zone has. they have a lot of different styles and categories all of which are easily viewable on their website. i ended up buying some new dining chairs as well. once your ready to pay it only takes a couple of minutes and your all done. my order has already arrived and i couldnt be more happy! i will be back if i ever need more furniture! thanks!!

Money saver for sure...
