brilliant customer service!
this company were brilliant when i rang up urgently needing a 1901 bristan shower after i was let down by bristan themselves. they were very helpful on the phone, and sent it out straight away. i received my shower 24 hours later. they also rang to make sure i had received the item later that day. brilliant service, thank you!

Bloody Brilliant
Not sure what happened with the other guy below but i thought thease guys where amazing cheapest uk price i could find they where really helpfull and it came packed really well ? i could think how it could have been better really !

Don't touch this company!
I bought an item from Bradford Bathroom Company, not an expensive part, a ceiling / wall shower arm with an angle built in. £22 bought 14th December, paid by paypal. Unfortunately the part was not suitable (for my customer), so I enquired by email about returning on 10th January, after the Christmas break. Joe replied quickly (within an hour on the 10th), saying to return it and included their return address. I was to take a 20% restocking charge hit as per their terms and conditions. I sent the item back on the 16th January and have a certificate of posting. I have had no refund from the Bradford Bathroom Company. I have emailed 4 times, no response whatsoever. I even threatened to post my experience on every relevant forum on the web. Obviously I recommend that nobody touches this company.

Stay clear - they steal your money
