We have regular deliveries from various companies. ONLY this one cannot find us. As others report below the invisible cards etc appear daily. We even stood at the end of the driveway and tried to wave the cretin down - and he just drove by to the disbelief of the Fedex man who was present, (card left apparently). I had previously seen on their sat nav where they think the driveway is and it is 1.3 miles away on a different road and I have told them time and again to correct the system. Nothing changes. I just wish you could deselect them when placing orders. I am sure the drivers do their best but with management support like a broken bra what chance do they or any of us have...

I ordered a battery for delivery yesterday. So far so good. The trouble began when i heard it was Yodel delivering. I get a lot of stuff delivered by Yodel. 75% of the time, there is a problem. it would seem that only two of the many Yodel drivers can find our address. This time I have hit the jackpot, four different answers as to why it has not been delivered. 1) It is out for delivery (A day late) 2) the parcel has been damaged and cannot be delivered. I should phone the depot (No answer to the only line not an automated answer machine) 3) the sender has instructed Yodel not to deliver (not according to the sender he hasn't) 4) Yodel tried to deliver yesterday but no-one was at home, card left (At no time yesterday was the house left unattended. From midday, when Yodel sent an EMail saying there had been a delay and the parcel would be delivered any time up to 7PM, there were two people in the house. Oh yes, and no sign of any card saying someone had called either) I am left with a dilema, which lie should I believe, because they cannot all be true? Yodel does not deserve a 0 rating, but there are no minus ratings available. Probably why there are fifty complaints here so far and one 'well done'. A 2% success rate is not a thing one can boast about

Crap service, there were 4 of us in my industrial unit ,today (Saturday) yet their driver claimed that there was no access (Door was open) and they left 2 cards.(Complete crap there are no cards) I have been assured by Amazon that the parcel will be delivered Tomorrow (Sunday) I will believe that when I see it. The parcel can go back, I don't want it now. The only way to beat this mob is to refuse to accept the parcels and hopefully they will suffer as much as they make all of us disgruntled people.

Every time I am expecting a parcel to be delivered by Yodel, I know I'm going to have problems. They either leave the parcel in an open hallway (and it goes missing) or say they've left a calling card (must be invisible ones) or leave it with a neighbour and don't say which one. You can call the courier but you cant understand what he is saying or he doesn't want to listen. Have had to resort to driving to Crawley to pick the parcel up myself. Customer Service is a complete joke

Bad delivery company waited a week for a Saturday delivery I see people are having problems calling the customer service follow these steps. 1. Call them 2. Say you have a call card 3. Enter 01234567 on your phone This will allow you to speak to a person not a machine. Enjoy :)

My parcel was delivered completely to the wrong address and looks like the delivery driver signed for it himself name spelt wrong. Luckily for me the lady brought the parcel round to me herself otherwise I would never have got it. This is a useless service and amazon should not use them anymore . I can not get an answer to complain about this. I am expecting another parcel from amazon I think they should use a different company . Come on amazon you will just lose business if you keep using this inefficient company.

Having worked for Yodel as a Delivery Driver for 3 months, I made sure I went out of my way to delievr as many parcels as possible. The problem was that the Mangement and Staff in the depot at Crawley could not give a Dam! They used to make sure we were over loaded with parcels to deliver knowing full well that we could not get it done. Their vehicles are not cared for and the mechanic they use is a back street job. Sue one of the so called managers is a self centered and ignorant woman. The only plus side is one of the Night Managers a guy called Phil who is just swimming against the tide in as Apathy rules the company. I kow work for a company that has to deal with them and wish we didn't.

Yodel dont just treat there customers like shit they treat there staff the same being an ex employee, I worked for yodel and because I was ill and came over dizzie and fainted all the manager could say is your clearly uncapable of doing the job so dont f***ing come back. This is the way they treat there staff, and half of the drivers come back with loads of parcels left making excuses saying they cant find the address etc etc. Worst company I have ever worked for no wonder there is so many negative comments left by customers.

I rearranged the delivery using their site so that it could be delivered to my Mum's address. My mum waited in all day and no delivery arrived, when I got home I found they had tried delivering to me again. Despite their mistake I still had to go collect it myself. I would not choose to use them again ever

This 'company' somehow manages to mess up deliveries on a regular basis. They have given our goods to a driver who didn't cover our area so returned them to depot, they never leave cards but just dump the goods outside our door and yesterday 2 orders were not delivered 'due to bad weather' when the roads are clear and no issues at all. Personally am making an official request with my catalogue to never use the people again, would love to get explanation but that would involve Yodel answering the phone which they never do.

Yodel are the worst delivery service ever. Their customer service is a complete shambles, they are unable to follow simple instructions, they lie, the delivery options they offer are limited and my parcel was sent back to the holding station at Gatwick. They refused to deliver to me on a requested day and said if I didn't collect the parcel myself within 7 days it would be sent back to the supplier (which was in the USA). I had to drive a 1 hour journey there to collect my parcel and a 1 hour journey back. They were inflexible and incompetent. They do NOT deserve any stars.

I have sadly had a number of dealings with these con-artists in the past, many cases the delivery didn't turn up at all. I am still waiting for delivery of a new mobile which these fools should have delivered by now. I gave one star as a rating as unfortunately I couldn't leave it blank. I have had enough of this rubbish service and will be seeking compensation via small claims court. NEVER USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

My Amazon account informs me that the delivery has been delivereed and I have been the recipient, yet I have no parcel, no reference no for the automated service and I have been phoning for hours on the depot number but nobody answers. The majority of my childrens christmas presents missing. Very concerned Mum. Im going to go down there this afternoon and make waves and write a long long lettewr of complaint!! I had a parcel due on Saturday 1st Dec, someone was here all day waiting for it so we didn't miss it. Apparently delivery was attempted but they couldn't gain access and a calling card was left. Absolute rubbish as our gate was unlocked and if we didn't hear the door the dogs would have done. No calling card was left so had to go round the houses to find out where it had gone. Terrible service. One star left as no stars isn't allowed.

I ordered from Boots and Matalan who both use Yodel to deliver. I ordered a very large delivery from boots which never arrived - eventually boots contacted yodel on my behalf and yodel claimed to have put it through the letterbox! Even the boots customer service lady on the telephone agreed with me this was ludicrous. God knows to this day where that parcel was left or even if it arrived at all, similar situation 6 months later with Matalan (not themselves but yodel who deliver for Matalan) - who also agreed that a lot of people had complained about yodel. I am guessing they are cheap. I wonder why...

I had the misfortune to have a delivery by Yodel, had requested delivery for a Wednesday and NO ATTEMPT even made - no explanation - then apparently parcel was delivered and signed for by me when I wasn't even at home on the Thursday hence why delivery requested for the Wednesday when I was home - Reported to Very and had to wait 21 days and I had to submit a copy of my signature in order that I could get refund for an order I NEVER GOT - no calling card even left as to who did sign for this parcel!!!! Probably delivery driver and now getting other people's parcels just thrown in my porch without driver even asking me if I will take others parcels and to top it all he STILL signing for me - FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD truly awful service - should be shut down - This is from the Gatwick Depot of Yodel as well.

No one knocked, no card left what a horrible service. Been waiting for two days for my parcel and no sign of it. When called to complain everytime was put on hold for ages, really and honestly wonder how this company exits. Forget what I say, see what people say about your services. This has been the most un entertaining experience. Loose your parcels make you wait wait wait and guess what wait.... security decides to stop your parcels for no reason and believe me no complaining will resolve the issue. Show your id still not good enough. Pick it up and your still waiting for 1hr30mins to be told it still cannot be found.... Furious!!!!! cost me money time and hours of my precious life..... Just expect to do a lot and i mean a lot of chasing!!!!!!!

My parcel was with them for 2 1/2 weeks, the first tracking message I received was that I had refused delivery of my order.... Really? The second tracking message was that my house didn't exist and the third tracking message was that my parcel had been delivered!!!! When I eventually got hold of the depot, they couldn't find my parcel for 2 days and when they did find it no drivers were available so I had to collect it myself. When I got to the depot..... They couldn't find the parcel!!!!! It took an hour for them to locate it. A parcel service...... A pigeon could have delivered it quicker. Useless. I would never use them again.

They have had my parcel for 2 weeks now and i am no closer to getting it delivered. When i phoned last week they "guarenteed" delivery yesterday but it never even left the depot. I just get excuses about how they are merging companies or the bank holiday. What rubbish. I really do NOT recommend them!

I can't believe this company is allowed to exist, What a joke, we are a conference centre and they reckon they attempted to deliver our parcel on three occasions but no one was here, hahahahah we are open till midnight with lots of staff and guess what our doors are open so you don't even have to ring the bell, What does that tell you? did you really try to deliver, oh yeah where are the calling cards you said you left.
