A lot of negativety from me towards Mc Donalds although it isn't always bad. A favourite of mine which they still do is the still Fanta i love it. I've become vegetarian so i don't eat in these types of places much anyway but i do have to admit i really like their deli sandwhich which is almost healthy and tasty at the same time and i'm prepared to pay a bit more. It seems that with the change in time and consumer habits McDonalds have really gone down the drain. This place used to be so popular, that i would personally go there a few times a week. I guess people became health conscious and have learnt more about saving money, eating well and using their money wisely. A cheeky McDonald's now and then is about as good as it gets for them from me. If there is nothing else or i am really stuck then i go there but rarely do i fancy a Micky D's like i used too. The food has gone down in size and quality yet the prices went up. They introduced a healthy option to keep in with the times but if someone was really serious about health why would they go to McDonald's. They got rid of the pound saver menu which they would be better off operating all the time. When you want a milkshake or an ice cream isn't it convenient for them how it is always not working, out of order or just been shut down. I mean if they are real serious about business wouldnt they give the customer what they wanted, when they wanted it. Maybe the owners have admitted defeat and just don't take interest in it as much as they did when they were the big rollers. Even the happy meal toys have become so lame that my little brother is bored. The staff are so robotic and i doubt many of them stay around for the free food after work anymore. The toilets are never clean they are always smelling of urine which is disgusting, what's the point in washing your hands when you open the door to go out and your back to square one. I'm really disappointed that from their glory days and the peak of sales they have let it all slip and forgotten about what the consumers want. I don't think it will ever be the same although masses of people do still love the golden arches. Not expensive but not cheap either. For the price you pay your better off adding more and getting something more substantial and of quality of paying less and making it at home.
