Free Spirit Autos
Just like B Black, we too spent £10000 on a car. After two months it was burning too much oil. We took it back, still within warranty, but were asked by you know who for another £800, to contribute further to find out what was wrong. We declined, took it to Visa Disputes, as we felt the car was not fit for purpose. Seven months later, we have lost the case due to lies being told. He even had the cheek to further offer to repair the car. Even saying that Visa never pay out, why would he know that. Like another review, we found the cars jam packed, I could not get into the car until after we bought it, even then, they couldn't find the keys. We have wasted 7 months of our lives, and now have to sell the car, way below the price we paid. And to cap it all, when we finally collected the car, he didn't even bother to tell us, he had changed part of the dashboard to a faux wood front. Why. We have given up. Really Bad Experience

Avoid like the plaque
Having spent nearly £10,000 for a Nissan Elgrand i would not wish the experience i have had on my worst enemy! my advice? avoid this dealer

Japanese Mercedes import
Bought a used Mercedes import from this company,had to wait a while for car to be delivered ,only to be expected,however have to say the car is tip top and is everything it was described apart from DVD player region 2!!?and radio only gets bbc radio 2 japan frequencies !? But I must say again fab car would buy again from freespirit We'll done Rupert.
