The therapist studied Applied Sports Science at Southampton Solent University and graduated in November 2014. After graduating, the therapist opted to continue studying at Southampton Solent University, achieving his Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy and Corrective Exercise in 2015.

During his time at one of the UK's leading universities in sport, he specialised in Sports Massage and Sports Psychology, combining both and designing and writing an academic project titled 'Does Pre-Event Sports Massage Reduce Anxiety, and how does Motivation Orientation play a Role?' with one of the university's leading Sports Psychologists.

The therapist has worked with various clients and athletes in different sporting capacities relating to sports science. This includes some of the Southampton Football Club's first team squad when the university's Sports Science department worked with the professional Premier League football club as part of the team's pre-season preparations; and elite National level athletes in sports such as the 100m sprint and platform diving. The therapist has not only worked with elite, professional athletes, but he has also helped local teams in the community such as a Southampton based Sunday league football team and a university cricket squad.

Although a lot of the therapist's work has been with the sporting population, he has also worked with many non-sporting and non-active people to try and achieve better health and fitness.
