Do not use this company!
Not even deserving of one star. Fitted new boiler and radiator do not heat up fully. Denied all responsibility. Admin staff rude, unprofessional and sarcastic.

poor breakdown service service
heat serve attended my daughters boiler and over the course of 2 weeks fitted numerous parts .none of which fixed the boiler in fact it was left in a worse state than when they started . I had a quick look and got the boiler working within 15 minutes and diagnosed a broken wire and i am not a gas engineer. do not waste your money with this company My daughter has told them what the problem is but they dont want to recall
