Appalling salon

I would never recommend this salon. I took my 2 year old son here and the hairdresser cut his ear. The owner Lailla was there and never once apologised, after a week of his ear still bleeding I called the salon to complain as no one had offered us any sympathy or courtesy call. The manager Lailla was very unwilling, she even went to the extent to saying 'your taking the pi**' and hung up on me. I redialled as I couldn't believe the lack of respect from a woman who has 2 children herself, Never once felt any kind of remorse to a screaming child. When I said that I would be looking to take this further as I just could not comprehend what had just happened and the way that I had been treated she said that she had insurance anyway so I wouldn't get very far! I was completely in disbelief that someone could treat they're customer the way that she had treated me and my son. I would never revisit this salon or recommend anyone to do so. Not only was my son hurt but the owner of this salon has never cared about their customer or the impact that this has on not just a child but a family!
