Welcome to The Floral Decorator online, founded by Florist Julie Moore," my mission is simple, to provide stunning beautiful flowers." I have been designing flowers since 1987, I have gained a wealth of experience over the last 25 years.
I also had the pleasure of designing the flowers for the G8 summit and the Eurovision song contest when they were both hosted in Birmingham, in 1998 I appeared on Central Television for ‘Our House' to demonstrate my floristry skills, My career took a different path when I went to live in Greece, it gave me a great opportunity to discover a European feel to my floristry, with the chance to provide stunning floral displays for Greek/ English weddings and events the most memorable was being invited onto Larry Ellisons Super yacht “The Rising Sun" and designing all the flowers and Arrangements for this beautiful boat.
I have provided flowers for many Hotels and Venues in the Birmingham and Solihull areas, including Hampton Manor, Nailcote Hall, Nuthurst Grange, Hogarths Hotel, New Hall, Swinfen Hall, Coombe Abbey, Warwick Castle, Aston Manor, The Birmingham Town Hall, Museum and Art Gallery, The Hyatt regency, The Crowne Plaza, Hotel Malmaison, Berrow Court, Botanical Gardens, Hagley Hall and Moxhull Hall.
The Service I provide
I am proud to offer a unique personal service, I only use the freshest quality blooms, I provide the same day delivery service when ordered by 1pm to Solihull and surrounding areas in Birmingham , each bouquet is hand tied and wrapped in cellophane with matching tissue paper, finished with ribbon , aqua packed in water and presented in a gift bag, with a hand written card message and personally delivered. Alternatively you could order a Flower Arrangement or Plants designed in beautiful zinc pots, baskets, ceramic jugs, tea cup, glass or coloured vases. I am fully qualified and hold city and guilds stage 1 2 3 & 4 in Floristry.
