Nicest computer guy
Tom is hands down the nicest computer guy I've ever met! He speaks actual human English to me when explaining why my computer died and supplied us a replacement PC with all of my data transferred.

I cannot speak highly enough about the Laptopstation. My laptop fell onto the charger and my screen was smashed, what I believed was beyond repair. The Laptopstation were not only able to fix my laptop, but were the best for value and were able to complete the repair within a day - actually, it was as quick as half a day. I will be recommending them to absolutely everyone - I cannot fault anything at all (and I am extremely fussy). I was served by Patrick, a genuinely nice person whose customer service skills are spot on.Due to my accident prone ways, I have no doubt that I will be returning in the future

I would like to thank the Laptopstation on his very prompt service in repairing our 17" screen, not only did he have the right screen in stock but did the repair same day , while i waited. Cannot ask more really EXCELLENT !

Having been to 2 different places in Birmingham to have my Laptop fixed without success, This shop did it no problem. Not only that, but they were cheaper and more efficient. Even when I phoned to report something else, they checked it straight away. I have used them since for my laptop as well. Good location on the Hagley rd aswell.

Laptop screen fitting
The replacement screen was fitted quickly and below estimate. I found this company easy to deal with. Everything was explained clearly. They know what they are doing and are reliable. I will go there again with any computer problems that I have.

Thanks lads
It was very handy to see the reviews on here! I rang Tom as my P.C was not very well. I was worried it would be gone for a while but it was collected, sorted out and was back within eight hours £50 everthing! more ram and a reinstall and cleaned up inside and out. Thanks again for your help!

FIRST CLASS SERVICE from the Laptopstation. Thank you so much for diagnosing a problem with my daughters laptop so quickly and getting the repair done. Very pleasant staff who clearly know what they are doing. I will definately return to this company for any other laptop problems I have and will recommend them to everyone

Virus removed
The Laptopstation was an absolute dream! My laptop had been held by a 'Police Virus' wanting me to pay to release my computer for illegal downloads (complete nonsense!). I phoned the company and spoke with Tom who explained exactly what this was, called in Tom was very friendly and put me at ease immediately, while the problem took 24 hours to fix, he installed new software free of charge. To top it all off I was expecting a hefty bill but in fact it was the cheapest I've ever had! I would and have been recommending to my friends/family/colleagues and company. A complete rare find, classy, respectful, cost effective and highly competent.. Couldn't ask for more!

Super
Super Fast Laptop and Computer Repairs.Both me and daughter and are both from Harborne and we have had her laptop and my computer repaired and serviced by the Laptopstation on more than one occasion. The prices are reasonable but more importantly what great old fashioned service. My son needed his laptop repaired but his nearest PC World couldn't fix it. So on my recommendation he travelled up from Milton Keynes to Birmingham and the guys at Laptopstation had it sorted within 48hours. Fantastic service and keep it up.

Rid of virus

Big savings
Laptopstation has just saved me £140. I contacted PC World and they were going to charge me £230 to fit my broken screen. I am so pleased I bumped into this company and they perfectly repaired my damaged Dell screen for only £90. Excellent. 5 Star.

I tripped over my laptop and broke the power thingy that you plug your charger into. I went to these guys they replaced the pin in less than 2 days everwhere else quoted a week I was up and running again highly recommended thanks for all your help

I have used this repair shop on many occasions and send all my freinds along the chap Tom always does a great job he is not too dear and if he cannot do your job he will not charge you.He is a good person to know.

Great service
Really nice chap. Had forgoten my password for my admin account on windows XP. Had tried to fix it myself by using software downloaded from the internet but my netbook doesn't have a disc drive so couldnt use normal routes. He fixed it for me in the space of three hours and was 55% cheaper than any of the other local business. Even offered to drop it round, which would have been a great help as I work from home. Would definatley recommend

Cheapest 4 laptop screens
My laptop screen was cracked and needed replacing, called a few computer repair technicians but they were too expensive, then called this one and got quoted £85 to replace it! Really Cheap!
