Used top cat for a short weekend away. I was advised I wasn’t allowed to settle my cat into the cattery and just had to leave him. Which left me as a cat owner anxious and worried. Enclosures are old, dark and need repairs, all outside with no form of heating. I witnessed this as I was finally allowed to go inside to pick him up. Cat was very distressed when I collected him. Panting, meowing and very stressed out. I’ll stick to my usual cattery for the future, please if you love your cat & are close or around coventry don’t use this cattery. I highly recommend Fox Covert Kennels. Both enclosures and staff are absolutely incredible

AVOID IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAT
They have lost another cat despite it being 'secure' alleging the cats chewed through wire mesh. How distressed must the cat be to chew through metal? They are left alone for hours at a time too. Way too many bad reviews about these people, maybe the council should revoke their licence.
