Another disgusted Redditch
Paid my £30 too because I needed a decent hairdresser in Redditch. When Joe Schmoe didn't open in Redditch I tried to contact their alternative hairdresser only to find that I'd been given the wrong number. Has anyone tried the Bromsgrove or Birmingham websites? I haven't because I'm disabled and could not get these hairdressers. I'm very annoyed and very disappointed, I really cannot afford to lose £30. Think this company needs reporting to trading standards.

Would have been nice to have had the experience of an appointment at Joe Schmoe, but was taken for a mug at the door and parted with my £30 for 4 hair appointments only to find salon never opened and my money in Colin's pocket. If it sounds to good to be true then it is. Have to leave ratings with this review which is a farce.

Not very good
Purchased 4 visits for 30 pounds , first visit was very happy, however in second visit when I went there to do hair colouring it was really horrible,,colour was all over my face and when I asked hair dresser she suggested to have a bath after going home...shit then whats the point in comming to hairdresser and colour and cut and wash hair and all set :-(

Disgusted

Disappointing
Not very professional at all. Furthermore no one ever seems to pick up the phone when you try and call in. I have been trying to book an appointment for the last 2 weeks. Fed up. Will go else where now.

Budget price. Budget cut
Don't bother. Cut it too short even though I'd said I wanted to keep the length. Terrible cut. Fringe looks like it was cut with a knife. Horrible experience that I won't repeat
