Avoid at all costs
I paid a £20 non refundable deposit to guarantee that my choice of carpet would be available (different pattern for one room). Was guaranteed that the job would be completed in one day. As I work from home this was essential. They called on day of fitting to tell me that they did not have my selection available and could only do stairs and landing. Agreement was 1st bedrooms. Stairs etc last. I had to move all the furniture again. they arrived at 15.30. Left carpet grips on floor cutoffs etc. demanded £100 before leaving. Guaranteed to come back Wednesday after jubilee holiday. Never arrived. I called finally got someone who understood English and was told that they would come on Friday not Wednesday. Plus I needed to pay an extra £60??? Never saw them since. Avoid at all costs and look elsewhere

terrible service
Dreadful service, never turn up on time and once they finally turn up the work is totally shocking, patterns not lined up, used them a few times in the hope my complaints would ensure the next job would be fine and i would get looked after, wrong! so so disappointed left with floors that need ripping up now and an embarrassment to visitors, the carpets are good prices if you get sucked in make sure you fit them yourself or possibly get your 5 yr old son to do it at least then your sure of a better job
