SACCS is a highly focused team of professionals devoted to providing treatments to children between the ages of 4-12 on admission throughout the SACCS Recovery Programme.This fully integrated Programme has been developed over many years and includes Therapeutic Parenting; Therapy; Life Story and Family Placement. Additionally Education; Contact; and Health are included as key areas of well-being and safe-keeping.
The SACCS Recovery Programme has a developed Treatment model and is reconciled to the 5 Every Child Matters Outcomes and the 7 Core Aims of Wales through our Recovery Matrix.0.5% of the Looked after Children population or 1 child in every 200 has been identified as the group who would benefit most from the SACCS Recovery Programme.
