I've been a customer of S Nutt for many years now, for both repairs and purchases. Always been super impressed with the service. They are so knowledgeable and keen to give the best advice, whatever the issue. When I bought my sewing machine, I had a wish list of features. Richard knew straightaway which machine to recommend and it was perfect. Really happy that I can now visit them in Sutton Coldfield as well. Their new shop is lovely and bright with plenty of free parking. Also a good range of haberdashery and threads, so I won't have to travel so far for the little things either. Highly recommended.

S Nutt Sewing Machines are amazing. I have some very old Bernina sewing machines that no longer worked. I took them to S Nutt sewing Machine's and actually thought they would say unrepairable due to age of the machines. They serviced and repaired them. And they sew beautifully now. Amazing service.
