FORMAL OFFICIAL COMPLAINT For the Overall Managing Director, I have been a resident at the above address since March 2011. As a Civil Servant, working for Her Majesty’s Home Office, and now the King’s Government, I have worked to protect the citizens of this great country. My location gives me the opportunity of getting to all areas of the country with the greatest ease. I was invited by her late Majesty the Queen to Buckingham Palace to attend the Royal Gala Garden Party in recognition of my work for Diversity and Inclusion, which I had the honour of attending in May 2019. I have to lodge a Formal Official Complaint against one “Anthony Cruickshanks” who struts around the estate in the delusion that he is “lord of all he surveys”, believing he is “lord of the manor”. He has demonstrated nothing but contempt, rudeness and disdain towards me as a person, and my landlord, John Smart – who has approached “Tony” dozens of times to fix the outside door buzzer to my apartment. THREE YEARS have elapsed where I (and my landlord) have endured a tsunami of incessant lies and deceit – broken promise after broken promise, and quite frankly, I have had enough! There was a time when an “Englishman’s word was his bond”. Tony is totally devoid of any integrity, honour or credibility, and has clearly never been exposed to these alleged virtues. Tony should be removed, and replaced by someone who understands the concept of “Customer Service”, and possesses integrity, respect for all, and is not a racist as he appears to be. I have had to endure many occasions where I have ordered items online – waited indoors for delivery – only to have items returned because the door buzzer is not working! This has been an incredible inconvenience for THREE YEARS – especially when “lockdown restrictions” were impose. Up until last week, I have had items turned away even though I was waiting indoors for their arrival. Although “Tony” proposed that I use his address as a possible delivery point a few years ago – this was in no way a “solution” – and was an excuse to do absolutely NOTHING to deal with the real issue. Furthermore, I never trust anyone who is incapable of keeping their word, or fulfilling promises, so I never took him up on his “proposed offer” of using his address, as I can never trust anyone who lies every time they speak. He is utterly disingenuous, perfidious and insincere. “Tony Baloney” is what he is known as around the estate, due to his reputation of blagging, bravado and spinning a yarn! Do you really want someone like this representing your Group? “Tony” has put up fake security signs on the premises under the name of “Futuretech Design & Security”. Just like him, the sign is not what it appear to be – try the phone numbers yourself on display [0870 043 814 & 0121 472 0653] – they are dead! Useless, just like “Tony”! Please acknowledge this letter of Formal Official Complaint, as I believe THREE YEARS of enduring this inconvenience of having parcels and visitors being turned away as utterly unacceptable in a “free and democratic society”. My civil liberties have been severely infringed by a sneering, smirking popinjay who struts around with utter contempt for me as a human being (and my landlord) while I am going about my daily business. Enough is enough, and I am approaching you for your intervention in this matter. I believe I have been more than patient. Mr P. Davis
