Family & Divorce Mediation is a process for resolving disputes when an impartial,  third party (Mediator) helps conflicting parties have a conversation to jointly resolve their concerns. Unfortunately, we don't live in an ideal world. Sometimes we need outside assistance to protect our individual rights and interests during tense situations.

Asha Rani is a experienced and qualified family mediator based in Edgbaston, Birmingham who offers a swift, confidential and constructive process to assist you reaching a settlement. Mediation does not need to be a long, drawn out process. I hope to resolve all issues within 3-4 sessions (dependent on issues and complexity) in a relaxed and informal environment.

Asha is a Certified and Approved Family Mediator, she did her Certificate of Completeness with National Family Mediation and is qualified to undertake Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings "MIAMS".
