THE WORST GARAGE I HAVE EVER SEEN
This is by far the worst garage I have ever seen. Sent my Subaru over to them and they stated a 14 working day turnaround but it took them over 2 months to recondition the engine. They "installed" an oil pump which I said not to as the oil pump on the car was only a 3000 miles old. When I arrived the car had a massive coolant and oil leak, the front bumper had been smashed up, there were loose connections and cables spliced and the hose was snapped off of my intake. They also asked me to send over some oil, filters and new spark plugs, none of which were fitted to my car. We were trying to resolve all of the issues when one of the mechanics started getting really aggressive, getting in my face and telling me that he was going to strip my car for parts and sell everything and that I was taking the p*ss because I wouldn't pay and drive away with a faulty car. I have since had another inspection done and the gearbox and manifold are missing bolts and the sump isn't torqued down.

Worst company i have ever dealt with!!
There are plent trustworthy gearbox suppliers out there but not this lot. Happy to take your money. Had to wait a month for gearbox to arrive only for it to be unfit for purpose. Another month of lies,unanswered calls,acussed of harassment when i requested a refund. They sent another box instead which was exactly the same as the first. Had to open a paypal case in order to get most of our money back. Total cowboys that have obviously gotten away with this mamy times before. They sell on Ebay as maccuk as well as through the website. Very little negative feedback on ebay due to issues having to be sent to an email address outwith ebay.

vw t5 transporter destroyed
how do you even consider this company unbelievable. sent a engine last year and has been back and forth god knows how many time arrived back smoke still bellowing out damage to side rails bumper damage grill damage plastic trim not attached properly lights scratched oil all over interior. every time different fault injectors where first then turbo I bought new got old parts test and shock all working . weeks of promising it will be back still testing right from when it was brought back after engine failed 10 miles on the clock no refund for any time I have spent travelling mot was done and as soon as I got it back cv boot cut emissions off the chart the list is mind blowing.

Worst auto company in the UK - avoid
There is nothing good about the people who run the company. They'll appear nice at first just to them lie to you, give you empty promises and send your car to a different garage all the way on the other side of Birmingham.
