Outstanding Service
We went shopping as the bride and grooms family 8th April 2012. I have to say Chand and his team gave us an outstanding service in particular the young woman named Tasleem she looked after us really well. We gave them a budget and they worked round our budget, we were honest with them and they reciprocated with a same genuine and outstanding service. We must have spent at least 2 hours during our consultation and every team member looked after us. I also think that all staff work so hard to try to meet the needs of every bride and this can sometime be a challenging task but customer have to be reasonable in terms of what they expect in terms of what they are willing to spend. I recommend bride book a consultation appointment. Also treat the team with respect and they will do the same. We bought 2 bridal outfits and I am certain we will buy again. highly recommended, worth every penny
i have been going to Khusboo by chand for over 2 years. the items that i have purchased have been stiched and embrodied to the highest standard that i know. i trust me i have travelled the whole of UK for outfits. not dah bad!!
actually i went 2 diisz shop n iit wasznt dah bad i mean dah only fing wrong wiiv dah shop wasz dah shop 2 tiny....dah ladiesz were very niice dey showed me all sortsz of desiignsz and dey helped me choose dah perfect dress 4 me n dah owner wasz actually niice 2 me aswell he respected me n callin me sister which i felt comfortable wiiv...!!!!!!

Bad customer service
I found it extremly rude when visiting the khushboo shop ... the customer service was terrible ... i walked into the shop and i have done on many occasions previously where the shop assistants were too busy either sitting and eating or gossiping to ask whether i needed any assistance.... The attitude of the ladies in there is disgusting ... As of the gentlemen who owns the shop ... he to has been pretty rude when visiting the shop .. you ask for help ... they shw you suits ... when you say you want a think about it or you will return the rudeness of that man ... its unbelievable ... With an atitude like that and customer service like that .. i dont think many people will return to the shop to be honest .. i most definatly will not be ...
