over priced and over rated

I have been here on a few occasions and all that I require is a dry cut, Mostly due to the time restraints that I have and also because the first thing on my mind when I have a hair cut is washing my hair to get rid of all of the debris that is left from the hair cut. I went on the 26th of October and was kept waiting 1 hour past my appointment time, an excuse was given and we all sat waiting. People came in to request non booked appointments and I listened to 4 people booked in at the same time. Why when they were already overbooked were they still booking people in? When it came to me paying I was charged 50% more than I have ever been charged before when I questioned the cost I was told I no longer qualified as a valued customer. Despite being charged £1.50p per minute instead of the £1.00p per minute that I used to be charged. This establishment has undergone a drastic refurbishment, I would say it looks gaudy and cheap but it may appeal to a certain type of clientele, I hope that this establishment can keep its regular customers because new customers will visit once and never return.
