SACCS is a highly focused team of professionals devoted to providing treatments to children between the ages of 4-12 on admission throughout the SACCS Recovery Programme.

This fully integrated Programme has been developed over many years and includes Therapeutic Parenting, Therapy, Life Story and Family Placement. Additionally Education, Contact, and Health are included as key areas of well-being and safe-keeping.

The SACCS Recovery Programme has a developed Treatment model and is reconciled to the 5 Every Child Matters Outcomes and the 7 Core Aims of Wales through our Recovery Matrix.

0.5% of the Looked after Children population or 1 child in every 200 has been identified as the group who would benefit most from the SACCS Recovery Programme.
