i went out a few weeks ago with a group of friends and visited this pub. what a great atmosphere and the music was fab. it wasnt too busy so we were not like sardines in a tin like some pubs you go in. the drinks were reasonably priced so we stayed in there to have a couple. i feel that this place attracts a wide range of people. both young and older people i imagine would feel comfortable visiting a place like this. it was a good night and definatly will visit this place again when we are next out in sunderland.

I went to the Liquid on Friday night at about 12 midnight and it was very quiet. There was no queue to get in. The entrance was £2.50 each, which was reasonable. The inside was very empty and when we went downstairs to Diva where RnB music is played, it was worse. There were no more than 20 people there. The DJs were just playing the music and did not try to add fun to the crowd. Even though the venue got a little busier later on, I thought the night could have been more exciting if there were more crowds to create a buzz. If you are looking for an affordable night out with a bunch of friends then this is for you.

I didn't touch a drop of alcohol while i was here (believe it or not) and i still had a great night out. The place is great fun and has an excellent vibe. I was out with friends for a celebration and what a celebration it was. This place is full of young people so the older you are, the less you might want to consider going her. You'll likely feel about out of your crowd but still, it's your own decision to make. I did spill two drink the night i was there (not mine) but still, everyone was loving it and we had a great night out. Some good memories came with me out of Liquid and Diva.

Great mix of music and people, always a chance of seeing someone you know if you're local. Get on the guestlist for cheaper paying in.

this is a great place to go for a night out. if your having a lazy night you can quiet easily stay here all night and not even consider going elsewhere. the drinks are reasonably priced unlike some of the other night clubs in town. although you have to pay on the door, if you can get onto the guest list its cheaper. and really paying to get in is worth it, the music is pretty good, the atmosphere is great and staff know how to have a good time and act as though they are in a nightclub enjoying themselves rather than being at work.
