I offer a listening ear, complete focus and a holding energy. I am with you, supporting you through the process of change, decision making and moving forward. I facilitate your transition from confusion to clarity, healing blocks on the way. I am an enabler, allowing you to access your inner hopes and desires, and daring to voice them. I help to bring light and understanding to the blocks in your life, which allows healing, transformation and resolution to take place.

It's a journey that we take together, but you are the creator of your future. You have the knowledge and wisdom inside of you for your highest good, I am the facilitator who enables you to access your truth, heal the blocks and move forward with clarity to the life that you truly deserve.

Coaching

We live in a constantly changing complex society. At different times in our lives we need guidance and support to be able to see the wood for the trees.

Each of us has the information within us that we need. My job is to facilitate you to access that inner knowledge.

Etoile Enterprises offers: business coaching, coaching retreats, one-to-one life coaching, professional coaching, by telephone, skype or in person.

Health Education

I have worked in the field of Health Education for the past 30 years. The work I do now is a synthesis of my experience.

Initially the work I did focussed on the ‘problem areas' of children's health such as drugs and sexual health. I moved onto training around diversity in the corporate world with the emphasis on celebrating our uniqueness and culture.

I realised that I missed working with children as the focus and came back into the public sector promoting health education for children and young people.

The journey that I have taken in health education has helped me realise that where we put our focus is where we get results.

Reiki

Etoile Enterprises offer healing reiki treatments that soothe, relax, balance and source you and allow you time to be! The Reiki practitioner places her hands over your head and body, pausing for about 5 minutes at a time over key areas. You may be lying or sitting down and will be fully clothed throughout the treatment. You may feel warmth and a tingling sensation. Most people find it very relaxing and some even fall asleep.
