Using reliable and good quality products, we have been fitting and repairing television and radio aerials for years.
We were the first aerial company to bring in a MINIMUM five year guarantee on all our installations and replacements. Not "up to 5 years" but "5 years OR MORE" (up to seven, in some cases).
I hate seeing people waste money on badly designed installations that cannot be added to without undoing all that has been already done and am a great believer in, "If it works – why mess with it!"
I hate to see "messy" or "crooked" cables fitted shoddily and believe that neatness only comes second to reliability.

They stopped me waisting my money!
Having reception difficulties, we contacted the company that sold us the television. They told us that it was an aerial problem and that we needed to change to a digital aerial. We telephonned Cullercoats Aerials and they told us that there is no such thing as a digital aerial, just the correct aerial. They came out and checked the signal, showed us what the problem was, tuned the television manually and proved to us that we didn' need a new aerial after all (saving us a lot of money).
