We have experience of advising both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law.

We advise on all employment-related matters, from the grievance procedure and disciplinary proceedings, through to the Employment Tribunal and the appeals process.

Industrial

We have vast experience of handling compensation claims for victims of industrial diseases, including all asbestos-related diseases, such as mesothelioma, lung cancer, asbestosis and pleural thickening. We have also dealt with many claims for victims of vibration white finger, noise-induced hearing loss and contact dermatitis.

Insurance Claims

We have considerable experience of acting for clients (both companies and individuals) in relation to claims on insurance policies.

There are many aspects of insurance law on which we have advised, but our principal specialism in this field are coverage disputes.
