Just to let you know that Chris Nelson is not only the most courteous man but the most brilliant expert in the field of drains etc. We have experienced bad water supply for 4 years since taking on our property. After umpteen visits from various service companies and no improvement I contacted your office yesterday and had a chat with Chris who subsequently arrived at 5.30pm and within minutes had diagnosed the problem, proceeded to rectify the problem and was out after an hour.
