Byker Hall is a newly refurbished, purpose built retirement and nursing home part of the Enhanced Care award winning brand of care homes.
We hope that you will speak to the manager to arrange a visit and to spend a day with us. We will be happy to arrange transport, at no cost, for you and any family members who need it. If you wish, a trial stay may then be arranged in consultation, if necessary with the Social Services Department.

I cannot fault anything about this home. The manager and all the staff are brilliant with the residents. They have time for everyone, and take time to see if everyone is comfortable and happy. The food is lovely and cannot be faulted. It is varied and is just like home cooking. All the residents on my mother's floor enjoy all sorts of activities with the staff and entertainment is regularly brought in. This home was just right for my nephews needs. My sister felt so re-assured that my nephew was getting the best possible care and Sue was able to carry on with her day-to-day life and not be worrying all the time.
