Established over 21 years ago by husband and wife team, Mike and Paula Emmerson, Metro Property Services is an independent family run and family owned business. Dedicated to serving the needs of the Dunston area, we strive to offer a professional but personal service when either buying or selling your home.In addition to this we also offer a full rental management department, with a portfolio of over 50 rental properties.

Our staff are always on hand to help you through this often stressful period and ensure that everything runs as swiftly and smoothly as possible.

As well as our property sales and rental services, we also have an independent mortgage advice service, which is there to find the right mortgage that will best serve your needs and requirements. The service is free and we do not charge any arrangement fees. We will shop around for you and save you the time and effort.We can also arrange a mortgage in principle which will let you know how much you can borrow immediately.
