Bought kitchen from factory direct kitchens, which turns out to be lifestyle home improvements. Product quality and finish is good but the fitting and customer service completely let the company down. We were sent the wrong drawer fronts, the electrician left big holes in our newly plastered walls when simply moving two sockets & the plastering to rectify these holes was terrible? The fitter failed to keep the apt for fitting the drawer front and it took 18 phone calls over 3days to get to speak to someone to sort the mess out. II wrote a letter of complaint but surprising this has been ignored. Customer service is none existent!

never use this company rude does not even cover the staff I wish I had never used them never returned phone calls even higher management were rude and aggressive. I wish I had read the other reviews before I had purchased my kitchen. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. the discount card is a load of rubbish. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Lifestyle were unable to deliver the worktops that I ordered, as they had been discontinued, delivery driver expected me to choose another worktop on the spot. Doors delivered with the grain the wrong way up. Units sent the wrong size. Wrong extractor delivered. Handle STILL missing on wine cooler. When the correct doors were delivered, some were faulty, and some are STILL missing. Lack of communication between the fitters and the RUDE customer service department. Phone calls never returned, lies told repeatedly throughout contract. Avoid this company like the plague, I still have not signed a satisfaction note, yet they somehow managed to release the finance from Barclays? naughty! Be very aware that this company cannot be trusted. The promise of a discount card saving you hundreds of pounds a month is rubbish, I have asked for the card, and never received it. Their only saving grace were the builders, plasterers, and especially Andy the fitter, who were lovely guys, and very skilled at their trade. Don't let the salesman tell you that Lifestyle use their own workmen, THEY DON'T. You can't make a silk purse from a sows ear! It's difficult not to get annoyed with ignorant people in customer services when they lie constantly, and try to fob you off with a sub standard product that you did not order. I paid £20,000 for my kitchen, and it's still not finished, it seems no matter how loud you shout, your complaints fall on deaf ears.

NOT recommended. Unfinished kitchen 10wks. after allegedly finished. Customer service atrocious! Husband went to factory, promised they would finish off the trims, STILL waiting weeks later. Worst company I have ever dealt with!!!

Have been having trouble since work started, incomplete conservatory, poor work and trying to get in touch with people within this company is impossible. customer service is non existant. Once you have signed contract they do not want to know. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

I purchased a kitchen and building work using this company. I spent £9000 in total with a catologe of errors. Holes left in walls inside and out, units with bad cut marks in them work tops scratched dishwasher door that catches front. Kitchen skirts not cut square...... Walls that run off and window sill that gets wider as you go along the window sill. Impossible to tile it and look nice. Unable to get any joy out of the customer support team. Fobbed off with he is in the factory at the minute..
