About Us

Our mission to lower the carbon footprint of the Energy Industries is reflected in our name: VerdErg. VerdErg is synthesized from two words: ‘Verd' is the old French word for green which was derived from the Latin verdis; ‘Erg' is the CGS unit for work and energy derived from the ancient Greek word meaning work. VerdErg therefore is Green Energy.
