Had to wait weeks to actually get it fitted and it was me chasing them up. The young boys the fitted the carpet did it really quick, but a bad job. Sliced all of my freshly painted skirting boards and I've had to go round with scissors cutting long bits of fluff that they didn't cut. Very unprofessional.
