About Mark

Let's be honest. Mark has been round the block a few times now. He's not what you'd call low mileage. He's more of a classic. Like an old Jaguar – comfortable, well-trimmed interior – a place where you will feel safe, but with an incredibly powerful V12 engine that purrs when you want it to, but punches you in the back when that's what you need. If you want to know which old Jaguar, it's a series one XJ12.

After a career in the gas industry Mark qualified as a solicitor in 2004. He specialises in Employment Law and read for a Master's Degree in employment law which he completed in 2005. He has experience in Law Centres and in running his own high street practice. Mark is experienced in business management, sales and marketing and a great deal of hands on work in all fields from motorcycle racing to fitting gas boilers to pyrotechnics.

Fixed Fees

The problem with hourly rates is that they can lead to uncertainty about the overall cost. To provide you with more certainty about your legal costs, I prefer to offer you a fixed fee for my work. After an initial chat, which I won't charge you for, we can agree a fee and wherever possible this will be fixed. I'll also advise you of any additional costs such as court fees, barrister‘s fees and fees for medical or other expert reports. That way you'll know exactly where you stand.
