I was horrified to see a cage of rats stacked on top of a larger cage of unidentifiable breed of puppies(due to neglected state) The rats cage was jammed under the ceiling with several more cages below. When I asked to see a female rat, the boy/man was unable to distinguish what sex any of them were as they were all crammed into one small cage together and litruallyclimbing on top of each other. He took out a rat which he then droped and I watched in horror as it fell from ceiling height to the ground, but worse of all, it fell between the bars of the puppy cage and landed amongst the puppies!I was so upset, that when he handed me the bewildered rat, I was tempted to run out of the shop with it . It was obvious to me, that these rats were "feeders" for the snakes they were also seling. I have spent much of my life working with animals, and can honestly say, this is by FAR the WORST conditions I have seen for somewhere which "claims" to be a caring pet shop.I contacted the RSPCA and, it seems that my words to them fell on "deaf" ears...

bassett hound pups

I paid £1400 for 2 bassett puppies, not because I wanted 2 I phoned what I thought was a breeder when we got there we found it was a shop, he showed me the male that I had originally went to get, but the dog seemed very lethargic, I asked if their was something wrong with the dog the man said no but we can get his sister out perhaps he is just not happy being away from his sister, when the bitch was brought out to me she was all skin and bone, I bought them both because I did not want them to carry on staying there I did'nt care about the pedigree I just felt bad for these 2 poorly treated dogs, I called the RSPCA a few days later, but I see the shop is still open but I feel I did my bit to try and rescue 2 puppies if I could of I would of bought all the dogs just to get them outta there.

Puppy Farm Outlet

Service

Quality

This shop is a public disgrace the pups here are all puppy farmed are shipped in from Wales from the big Puppy Farms there. He gives out phoney pedigrees and most of the dogs have medical and serious behavioural problems. Shut this place down it is a concentration camp for dogs.

Appalling

Service

Quality

Value

Do not buy pets from this shop. The animals here are a commodity. The staff are ill-informed, lie when asked questions about the animals and are untrained. The animals are often ill, kept in unhygienic conditions, poorly handled and bred in tragic, appalling conditions. If you love animals you will not want to keep this shop in business. If you want a cat, kitten, dog or puppy buy it from a local Rescue (Battersea, Hounslow Animal Welfare who both serve this area) or from a licensed breeder where you see your animal with its mother and the rest of the litter. This is an appalling shop and the animals are bought from puppy farms and unlicensed breeders. Buying from here perpetuates the poor conditions of dogs and cats kept in terrible conditions.

Husky Puppie

Service

i paid £630 for a husky pup from this shop and it was quite reliable. In fact the husky arrived within time, however from the previous reviews im quite concerned about the authenticity of the dog. This pet shop i would recommend if you are going to buy big things but maybe the small things are overlooked. I also bought a female terror gerbil from this shop (it was a bit messy when i bought it) if your ORDERING IN DOGS / CATS - RECOMMENDED.

We went along last week to see if we could buy a kitten/cat form this shop. We were met with an agressive teenager who when we asked about the sizes of cages decided we werent welcome. Before this happened he wasnt interested in wat we wanted to purchase as it wasnt a dog (they seem to have a million dogs there). The shop is small and cramped and dirty. I would not recommend it at all and did wonder if the dogs kept there where in good health

Less than Helpful

Service

Quality

We went along to this store to see if we could get a kitten/cat. The teenager serving (didnt appear over 18) was rude and did not seem interested in helping us at all. One of the dogs had excaped its pen and they were running round like headless chickens. The shop is very small, didnt seem to stock much and is filthy. There are alot of dogs on the premises, woudl def query their safety in such small cages.

do you want your pet to live

Service

Quality

why even bother to visit this pet shop and give him your money, when all it does is fund him to buy more sick animals. The puppies are purchased from dealers, where they are just breed for money. They do not care what happens to them, ie if they live or where they will end up. People for years have tried to close him down, but no success. Do yourself a favour and buy from a breeder and see the mum and pups together. For other animals buy from a place that has been recommended to you. This pet shop is dirty, smells, unhygenic, and they will sell anything that makes money. A living creature is just a comodity to him.
