This company left me in tears

I'm only sorry that I have to give them 1 star. I have never been treated so badly, given so much misinformation or told that I am "not wanted as a customer". We moved into a house where they ran the alarm system. I had to chase around finding out whose system it was. Surely they would send a letter to the new owners to introduce themselves as a courtesy and to establish a new relationship. When I did get through to them there was no one who could help, I was told I would be called back and nobody did. I had to chase again. They do not understand their own alarms correctly leading to telling me that our alarm was animal friendly and not giving us the crucial information that only if our cat did not get within 8 ft of a sensor leading to our cat, having just moved into a house, being left terrified when the alarm went off. I asked for prices and was quoted. When I went to book the cost was going to be more than twice. Using a family company I expect incredibly friendly and helpful staff, not to be left in tears, I would never recommend this company to anyone.
