Set in stunning grounds, we have a choice of two event rooms that can be adapted to suit your Wedding, a team of staff who deliver exceptional service, a range of menus created by our chef and his team using local produce and a variety of options to make your day exceed all your expectations.

The Park Suite is a self-contained suite of three rooms with access either via the hotel or via its own exclusive entrance from the hotel grounds. The whole area can cater for up to 180 guests for a private dinner. The magnificent ballroom is bursting with character and offers a unique backdrop for your special day. The Ballroom on the Park is ideal for weddings or civil partnerships and can accommodate up to 140 guests for the wedding breakfast and 180 for the evening reception.

The Garden Room has recently been redecorated. This smaller room setting with garden views is ideal for a more intimate wedding breakfast for up to 60 guests. This room can be combined with the Restaurant to accommodate up to 100 guests.

The Legacy Farnham Hog's Back Hotel, complete with beautiful gardens, offers everything you need to make your wedding in Farnham extra special. Enjoy a champagne wedding breakfast in our ballroom for 150 people or a small romantic reception in the Garden Room for 50.

We can assist with all elements of your day as we have a civil ceremony license. We have a Gym and Health Club on site, with spa and beauty treatments also available for you and your guests to enjoy. We can create personally tailored packages, give you advice on how to plan your wedding, as well as giving you your own dedicated personal wedding co-ordinator who will be by your side to help, advise and organise from day one, right up until your big day!

With five conference rooms, The Legacy Farnham Hog's Back Hotel is a great location for your next meeting. Ideally situated close to London and with easy access to the A3, M25 and M3, we have got everything you need to run a successful meeting.

We can accommodate between 8 – 120 people and with high-speed internet access. We can work with you to provide everything you need from projectors, refreshments, accommodation and entertainment.

24 Hour Rate

The Park Suite is a self-contained suite of three rooms with access either via the hotel or its own exclusive entrance from the hotel grounds. The whole area can cater for up to 180 guests for a private dinner. There are sound-proof movable partitions between The Ballroom on the Park, Park Side and Park View. The Ballroom on the Park can be used independently for up to 120 guests for a private dinner or 140 delegates seated theatre style for a conference. The Park side and View combined can accommodate 80 delegates for a theatre style meeting or 40 in either section.

The Garden Room has recently been redecorated and can fit up to 24 delegates in a boardroom setting. This can also be used as private dining for up to 60 guests.
