It's been 4 months since my husband was buried. Firstly I would like to thank you for help and support during our bereavement, I greatly appreciated the dignity with which you treated ** from the moment you collected his body from Saint Christopher's to the time of his burial. During the time we were able to visit him at your premises I was grateful for your flexibility and understanding in allowing us to spend as much time with him as we needed, which I made the most of without being to feel uncomfortable or hurried. i appreciate you allowing me to stay with ** until a few minutes before the coffin was closed and transported for burial. I was grateful also for your understanding accommodating attitude with regards to the mementos we wanted ** to take with him. I was honored to have your grandson lead the funeral cortege, he comforted and supported me in the best way he could. Your staff were patient and accommodating as we drove by Selhurst Park and allowed us to share one final goodbye with ** to a place he loved and cherished for 57 years, taking the time for us to place a flower by his named brick in the wall by the main gates. Your staff never showed any impatience with the inevitable delays that occur on such and occasion, I fully understand that those delays shortened the time available to us at the Chapel, but i appreciate that you did your to stretch it as much as possible. What I would really like to say is thank you for making what was a difficult and painful occasion easier to bear.

I am writing to thank you for all your assistance in ensuring that my Mum's funeral today was such a fitting occasion. I want to thank you for all you did to make the arrangements go so smoothly and for all you did to reduce our anxieties at a time of great shock and distress. We are very pleased with the service we have received from Rowland Brothers and we shall be in touch with you again, in due course, with regard to a headstone. Whilst writing, I would be very grateful if you would particularly pass on our thanks and huge appreciation to your colleague "Robert" who was in charge today. He went above and beyond the call of duty - ensuring that every aspect was smooth running and seamless and he personally helped my relatives with the filling in of the grave. I cannot begin to tell you how impressed they all are with his actions and what a favourable impression he has left on the large number of mourners who were present. Although I hope that it will be some time before we need funeral assistance again, we will have no hesitation in recommending Rowland Brothers to anyone who asks us about today's funeral, particularly in respect of your own caring professionalism and those of Robert.
