Established in 1992, Bodyworx offers personal training, advice and support for all fitness needs. Available for long or short term clients, nutritional advice included. I have also trained in Thai massage for pain and injury relief.
Specialist Services
Nutritional advice is part of the programme, and I can refer to medical professionals for specific problems. I trained to do massage in Thailand as it helps stress, muscle tension and circulation. Bodyworx also offer an accompanied hiking/scrambling service in Snowdonia, for which accommodation can be arranged.
