Bad service.Did not try to help

We brought a pack of wood flooring they said it would be in in a week took 3 weeks, then the fitter did not turn up, no phone call from him ? phoned Deverlin up they said they would call me right back no they didnt !, so called and left a message for the fitter who had the pack in his van, then text him still no contact called Deverlins again said will call me back and again no call back 3 weeks later i text the fitter to say just drop the pack off to me and i will fine another fitter, when he dropped the pack off, the pack was all ripped open and 6 of the 9 boards were damaged chap said been rolling around inside back of van so once again called deverlins to complain and he said sorry will call me back and he did not yet again. Really bad service did not care at all, would not recommend at all.
