December 2010 As is the custom with gas central heating boilers, ours decided to give up on us with temperatures falling below zero, and not far off Christmas. Our 10-year-old Worcester Bosh had given us excellent service and we were unsure as to whether to repair or replace. We tried asking about but everyone was too busy so we went the Google route through Magicservice, a Website that searches to find 5 local installers able to quote and available to take on the work. This is an excellent service and takes all the hassle out of searching yourself. From the installers available, we chose ULTRA GAS SERVICES ltd for their well-presented Website and excellent testimonials. Naz arrived as promised to look at the work and it was immediately evident that he knew what he was talking about. After considering all the options, he suggested we go for a straight replacement Worcester Bosh for their excellent quality; currently offering a free extended 5-year parts and labour guarantee to Accredited Installers. We had no hesitation in accepting his advice, and excellent quotation especially as they were able to start work in 2 days time. In other words, they ticked all the boxes. We were not disappointed. Naz and Tom, his polite young apprentice arrived on time even though the weather was evil and our lane treacherous due to heavy snowfalls. They worked without stopping and did an excellent job with every attention to detail down to covering our carpets. The boiler installation, power flush, fitting a new timer and checking everything out was all finished the same day, leaving us warm and cosy again with no mess at all. They had both worked extremely hard under what were freezing conditions to get it all done and dusted for us in one day. We would highly recommend Ultra Gas Services Ltd to anyone, for their professionalism, tidiness, reliability and very keen quotation. They are highly skilled very special guys.
