Execellent!
I have boarded dogs here for the past 18 years and I have never had any complaints. My dogs have always come home bathed (this is the standard procedure at these kennels) and they are always happy and healthy. I would never go anywhere else and I would certainly recommend these kennels to anyone!

Awful
My dog was filthy when I picked him up after his 3 night stay here. I bathed him when we got home and noticed a cut on his face, his feet were red, sore and swollen and he had a cut which was bleeding on his back leg. I have since found out that dogs are supposed to be checked for any injuries before they are released, this clearly wasn't the case - which makes me wonder how much the animals are neglected in this place. I rang to complain and they didn't seem to care about the dogs welfare at all, she tried to blame it on stress!!! The only reason our dog went to these kennels was because the usual one was fully booked, he has never returned from the normal place in such a state. I was told today never to trust a kennel without an open door policy...unfortunately I learnt my lesson the hard way! I would NOT recommend this kennel to any one!
