Useless

If you are a parent considering asking for help for a child who may have special needs don't bother asking these people for any referral or support. Their family support workers will report you to the safeguarding team and make you out to be a bad parent and hinder all intervention geared at helping your child and instead turn it into a personal witch hunt and character assassination of you as a parent and individual. One long term worker of theirs I have had the unfortunate displeasure of working with, bullied me for the best part of 18 months and made it clear to me that any more attempts to request help for my mentally ill child will be met with court proceedings so that SS can steal all of my children. Anyone who has had extensive dealings with these people in the Cannock area will know who this member of staff is and will also likely be victim. Stay away unless you want your family torn apart and destroyed beyond repair. Especially stay well away if you have any mental illness such as anxiety and depression. I have been left traumatised by their interference. If you were referred to them via other services or self referred remember they are only a voluntary service and you do have the right to withdraw consent and close your file at any time. If you are working with them and have seen red flags or do not get on well with a particular family support worker with the initials CD close your case and keep your family safe! I cannot urge this enough. This person is a narcissistic monster IMO
